16 year old yamaha r6?
Im 16 and always have to get rides from friends what not its getting bad im annoying people my dad has a yamaha r6 2010 says if i get my permit i can ride it to school and wrestling practice, and work what not local, i would just be using his bike for that until i get my license then get some rode experience and maybe ride his bike to local places. is this a good idea

Yamaha raptor 660 or yamaha YFZ 450.....which is better?
Ive been riding 660 raptors and they are fast, but i heard the YFZ 450 is faster. Isnt the 450 a smaller engine size? doesnt the 450 mean it has less power? also do they make the yfz higher that 450?

when i attempt to start the bike i have to crank on it 5 or 6 times before it will start, once ive got it started alot of dark colored smoke comes out of the exhaust pipe. when i try to rev up the engine it has a muffeled sound like it wont rev all the way up and when i try to ride it, it does the same thing. it just has this bogging sound the whole time. please help me with this.

A couple problems with a Yamaha Vino 125?
I have two problems with my Vino. The first is that I am having some starting issues with it puttering out even with full throttle a few seconds after started. I've tried some engine cleaner in the tank, and checked that the spark plug is intact. It was suggested to me by a friend who knows a lot more about engines than I do, that if the spark plug isn't the issue, to give a small shot of WD 40 into the carburetor to remove moisture My scooter was just recently encased in snow and ice for a week due to a bad storm up here , the problem with this is that I can see what I think is the carburetor, but I am not sure, and cannot find an intake for it anywhere. So for the first part of this question, can someone point me to an image of, or explain to me where how to locate my carburetor's air intake.The second issue I am having is that the battery, while checked out to be working correctly, will not recharge while the scooter is running. Instead I have to remove it once a week and manually charge it with a trickle charger plugged into the wall. I am not the first owner of this scooter, and the charging cable, while attached to the battery within the scooter, was not plugged into anything and was instead just haphazardly shoved into the battery cover. The charging cable has a boot with a cover, which interfaces with the wall charger that came with the scooter, however I haven't found anything to show that it plugs into any part of the scooter to be recharged by the engine while running. Is this cable actually supposed to be connected somewhere within the engine, or is it strictly for charging externally? If this cable isn't the issue, then what is the reason why the battery will not charge the way a SLA battery normally does when installed into a vehicle? I know that when this scooter was newer, it didn't have to have the battery removed to be recharged, and as far as I know, I am the only owner of a Vino 125 at least in this area, since it is a popular scooter in Seattle , that actually has to do this in order for the battery to work correctly. If you know the answers to these questions, please share them with me.I don't want to see answers from the people who usually frequent this site and try to answer every question even if they don't understand what is being asked, or know about the subject at all. I don't want useless information that someone pulled out of thier ass, I'd like to see something from someone who does know more about 125cc 4 stroke engines, like that of the yamaha Vino 125. I don't know where the manual went, and I don't like trying to jump through hoops to talk to customer support with manufacturers, so I am hoping someone out there can help me with this inconvienience.
